Warranty Policy

Duration:

All our smoker barrels come with a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Coverage:

This warranty covers exclusively manufacturing defects related to:

Stapled joints (structural joints of the barrel)

Manufacturing assembly

Screws included from the factory

Conditions:

The warranty applies only if the product has been used under normal conditions and following the basic recommendations for use and maintenance.

It does not cover:

Wear and tear from normal use

Oxidation due to lack of maintenance

Damage from blows or accidents

Modifications made by the client

Extreme exposure to environmental conditions

How to claim the warranty:

Present receipt or proof of purchase.

Send photos of the defect to the official contact.
